Contact Frank for an informal chat about your requirements. Your job will be fully costed before work starts detailing what is included. An itemised written estimate is provided including any assumptions made so that you know exactly what you will get. Any necessary changes made as the job progresses will be identified and agreed.

Frank only uses a small group of experienced and trusted sub-contractors when specialist skills are needed - electrics, plumbing etc. All of this work is overseen by Frank and will be carried out to his own high standards.
